Digital art sales and personal use terms

What you receive

Arigatogo sells digital artwork. The product page identifies the included artwork, file formats, number of files, dimensions, and whether the purchase is an individual artwork or a named bundle. Printable editions contain PDF files in the sizes listed for that edition. Wallpaper editions contain PNG files in the pixel dimensions listed for that edition. Do not assume that a print edition includes wallpapers, or that a wallpaper edition includes print PDFs. New editions do not change the contents of an earlier purchase unless expressly stated.

No physical print, paper or frame is shipped. Our artworks are AI-created imagined scenes inspired by Japan, not hand-painted originals, photographs or exact records of specific locations. Framing and device illustrations show presentation ideas; the product description identifies the files supplied.

Price, payment and availability

The applicable price, currency, any tax and total payable are displayed before payment. Each artwork or bundle is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Digital delivery has no shipping fee. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees. Payment is due at checkout using an available payment method. Files are released after payment is confirmed. Availability depends on the destination markets enabled at checkout. No promotional deadline or limited quantity applies unless expressly stated with an offer.

Digital delivery

All products covered by this policy are digital downloads. No physical artwork, paper, frame or other goods are shipped, and no shipping fee applies to digital delivery.

After payment is confirmed, our digital delivery system automatically sends a download link to the email address used at checkout. Processing and email delivery times may vary. Newsletter signup is not required.

1. Open the download link in your delivery email.
2. Save the ZIP file and extract it with compatible software.
3. Open the files listed on the product page: PDF for printable editions, or PNG for wallpaper editions. Bundles contain the named artworks and file types specified on their product page.

If your link is missing, check your spam folder and contact buyer@gotoen.jp with your order number. If you have not received access within 24 hours after payment confirmation, contact us so we can provide access or refund the undelivered purchase. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Sizes, print quality and technical requirements

You need internet access, sufficient device storage, ZIP extraction software, and a PDF reader or PNG-compatible image viewer as applicable. Internet access, printing and framing costs are your responsibility.

Use only the dimensions and files listed for the purchased edition. A4, US Letter, 8 x 10 inches and metric 2:3 print sizes are different formats and are not interchangeable. They are included only when expressly listed on the product page. Print at the specified actual size; changing scale or borderless-printer settings can crop the artwork or alter dimensions.

Source resolution, any AI upscaling and any printing limitations are stated for each edition. AI upscaling does not guarantee native fine detail. Colors and perceived sharpness vary with screen, printer, paper and viewing distance. Wallpaper cropping can vary by device. Do not infer tested print quality or an included size from a styling illustration alone.

Personal use

You may view the purchased artwork on your own devices and print printable editions for personal display. File sharing, redistribution, resale, commercial advertising and use on products for sale are not included. No exclusive rights or copyright ownership are transferred. Download links are for the purchaser only.

Digital art refunds and cancellations

We offer a full refund on requests received within seven calendar days of purchase, including change-of-mind requests and requests after download. Email buyer@gotoen.jp with your order number. No physical return or return shipping is required. After a refund, stop using the files and delete your copies.

After seven days, the voluntary change-of-mind offer ends. If a file is missing, damaged, materially different from its description or cannot be downloaded, contact us for a working replacement or refund. The seven-day offer does not limit any applicable statutory rights or remedies for defective or undelivered content.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider. A corrected or replacement download is supplied without an additional product charge.
