Prices and total payment

The price, currency and items included in your purchase are shown on each product page. The final amount payable, including applicable discounts and taxes, is displayed at checkout before you place your order. There are no shipping charges for digital products. You are responsible for internet access and printing costs, as well as any currency conversion or other fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.

Payment methods and timing

You may use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is a one-time payment made when you place your order. The actual date on which funds are debited depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Product contents, delivery method and timing

The digital image products currently offered for sale are created using AI. No physical paintings, frames or prints are shipped. Included file formats (such as PDF and PNG), sizes, number of items and printing notes are shown on each product page. After payment is confirmed, instructions for accessing your downloads are provided automatically. Newsletter registration is not required. Email delivery conditions or payment verification may delay the instructions. If you have not received access instructions within 24 hours after payment confirmation, please contact us. We will provide access or a refund.

Technical requirements and permitted use

You will need an internet connection, a device that can save downloaded files and, where necessary, software that can extract ZIP files, read PDFs and display PNG images. Print results vary depending on paper, printer and settings. Use is limited to personal use. Resale, redistribution, file sharing, use in commercial advertising and use on products for sale are not permitted. No exclusive rights or copyright ownership are transferred. Please refer to each product page and our Terms of Service for details.

Returns, refunds, defects and non-delivery

If you contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase, we will provide a full refund, including after download or if you change your mind. No physical return is required for digital products. After those 7 calendar days, please still contact us about defective files, incorrect content or non-delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide the correct files or a refund. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Order deadlines

There is no deadline for ordinary sales. Any time-limited offer will state its deadline separately.

販売価格・お支払金額

販売価格、通貨および購入内容は各商品ページに表示します。適用される割引・税金を含む最終的なお支払金額は、注文を確定する前の購入画面に表示します。デジタル商品の送料はかかりません。通信料、印刷費用、決済会社や金融機関が課す為替換算手数料等はお客様のご負担です。

購入画面に表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。お支払いは注文時の一回払いです。実際の引落日はご利用の決済サービス・金融機関の定めによります。

商品内容・提供方法・時期

現在販売しているデジタル画像商品はAIを用いて制作した作品です。現物の絵画、額縁、印刷物の配送はありません。収録ファイル形式（PDF・PNG等）、サイズ、点数および印刷上の注意は各商品ページに表示します。決済確認後、ダウンロードへのアクセスを自動でご案内します。メールマガジンの登録は必要ありません。メールの受信状況や決済確認により案内が遅れる場合があります。決済確認から24時間以内にアクセス案内を受け取れない場合はお問い合わせください。アクセスの提供または返金に対応します。

利用環境・利用条件

インターネット接続、ダウンロードしたファイルを保存できる端末、必要に応じてZIP解凍・PDF閲覧・PNG表示ができるソフトウェアをご用意ください。印刷結果は用紙・プリンター・設定等で異なります。利用は個人利用に限ります。再販売、再配布、ファイルの共有、商用広告・販売商品への利用は認められません。独占的な権利または著作権の譲渡はありません。詳細は各商品ページと利用規約をご確認ください。

返品・返金・不良・未達

購入から7暦日以内にご連絡いただいた場合、ダウンロード後やお客様都合の場合も全額返金します。デジタル商品のため現物の返送は不要です。7暦日経過後も、ファイルの不具合、内容の誤り、未達等がある場合はお問い合わせください。状況に応じて正しいファイルの提供または返金に対応します。この方針は適用法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限しません。
